Event Cover Uploader lets musicians showcase confirmed upcoming events directly on their profile — with full control over visibility, cover images, and ticket booking links.
Overview
Once a booking is confirmed, musicians can display that event in the Upcoming Events section of their public profile. This feature gives musicians complete control over how each event appears — including whether it's visible, what cover image is shown, and whether fans can purchase tickets.
Visibility Control
Musicians choose whether each confirmed event is shown or hidden on their profile.
- Visible: The event appears in the Upcoming Events section of the musician's public profile.
- Hidden: The event is confirmed but not shown publicly — useful for private or unannounced events.
Event Cover Image
Musicians can choose how the event is visually represented on their profile.
- Use Gig Cover Photo: The event will automatically display the musician's existing gig cover photo as the event image.
- Upload a Custom Cover: Upload a unique image specifically for this event. Maximum file size is 2 MB.
Ticket Booking Link
If the event has tickets available through an external platform, musicians can connect it directly to the event listing.
- How it works: Add an external booking link (e.g. Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or any ticketing platform) to the event.
- What fans see: A Book a Ticket button will appear on the event listing, taking fans directly to the external ticketing page.
- Optional: If no link is added, the button simply won't appear. This field is not required.
Automatic Event Expiry
Once an event has taken place, it is automatically removed from the musician's public profile. No manual cleanup is needed — past events will not remain visible to fans after the event ends.
