The analytics dashboard provides comprehensive reporting to help you track booking performance, financial metrics, and business insights. This guide covers all available reporting features and how to interpret the data.


1. Booking Metrics

The main dashboard displays four key metrics, each showing the current value and a month-over-month percentage change to help you track performance trends.

  • Payments: Total amount spent across all bookings.
  • Pending Approval: Number of bookings currently awaiting musician confirmation.
  • Confirmed Bookings: Successfully confirmed events.
  • Cancelled: Number of cancelled bookings.

2. Event Management

Scheduled Events

Upcoming events are displayed with full details including:

  • Musician name and profile.
  • Event location.
  • Date and time (with timezone).
  • Total cost.
  • Current status with colour-coded indicators.

Verification Pending

Track the verification progress for upcoming events:

Event Type Distribution

See how your bookings are split across event types such as weddings, parties, and festivals, along with the total booking count for the selected period.

Most Booked Musicians

A ranked list of the musicians you have booked most frequently, helping you quickly identify your go-to performers.

Approval Status

Monitor the current state of your booking pipeline — total bookings, how many are pending approval, and how many are confirmed.


7. User Behaviour Insights

Session Analytics

  • Time spent browsing across all sessions.
  • Total sessions within the selected period.
  • Sessions leading to bookings and overall conversion rate.

Favourites Activity

  • Number of musicians added to your favourites list.
  • Bookings made from favourites and the conversion rate.
