Table of Contents
1. Profile Setup
- Billing & payout info is required before going live. Until these details are provided, your gigs will remain paused and invisible to clients.
- Your full name must match your ID exactly. You can add a Brand Name later in the sign-up process — this is the name clients will use to search for you.
- Choose your role: DJ, Band, or Solo Artist.
- Add your brand name, music genres, and instruments (where applicable).
- Note: DJs do not have an instrument selection option.
- Select your event type preferences.
- These preferences do not affect your visibility in search results. They are used only to help you filter and find gigs that match your interests.
Extra Services
- Service Set — Bundle multiple items (e.g. sound system, lighting, stage setup) under a single price.
- Single Service — Offer one item at a specific price (e.g. a spotlight rental or standalone DJ service). Ideal for upselling individual extras.
ⓘ Important Note For each Operating Area, you can add, delete, enable, or disable specific services, and set different service options and travel cost prices. Services and travel costs are shown dynamically in search results based on the client's event location. This lets you set up local rental equipment agreements in each country — no need to transport gear across borders.
2. Operating Areas
- Main Operating Area
- Set your country of residence as your Main Operating Area.
- You must add a travel cost for this area — either free or a flat fee.
- Clients searching for musicians in your Main Operating Area will see your profile in search results.
- Secondary Operating Areas
- Add as many countries as you'd like where you're available to perform.
- Your profile will appear to clients based on their selected event location.
- You can add specific cities within a country, each with its own travel cost, or set a single travel cost for the entire country.
3. Pricing Structure
- Hourly Rate
- Enter your net price — the amount you want to receive. A commission is deducted from the total booking amount based on your subscription plan.
- Adjust your prices to reach your desired profit after commission.
- Your performance cost is the same across all operating areas. Travel costs are set per area.
- Minimum & Maximum Performance Duration
- Example: Setting a minimum of 3 hours means you won't appear in searches for shorter bookings.
- Booking Buffer Time
- Buffer time blocks off a period before and after each event during which you cannot be booked.
- This prevents scheduling conflicts — especially useful when traveling between operating areas — and gives you time to prepare, travel, and rest.
4. Media
- Gig Profile Photo
- Your gig-specific profile image. Displayed alongside your cover photo when clients browse search results.
- Gig Cover Photo
- Acts as the background image for your gig card in client search results, providing visual context for your service.
- Account Profile Photo Private
- Uploaded through Profile Settings. Visible only to you and moderators — not shown to clients.
5. Payouts
- To start earning, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is required for your gig to go live.
6. Billing Information
- Choose your billing type and complete all required fields to ensure you're ready to receive payments once a booking is verified.
- If billing information is missing, payouts will remain pending until it's provided.
7. Subscription Plan
- Choose the plan that fits you best: Free, Pro, or Featured.
Once your gig is created, it goes live and becomes visible to clients across Europe — you'll start receiving bookings shortly after.
