Verifying Your Attendance
After your event, both you and the client must verify attendance through the mobile app. The verification window opens at the event start time and closes at the event end time.
What Happens if Neither Party Verifies
If neither the musician nor the client completes verification before the end of the event, the booking is escalated to a Moderator. The Moderator will review the available information and make one of two decisions:
- Payment released to the musician — if the event is confirmed to have taken place.
- Full refund issued to the client — if the event did not take place as scheduled.
Receiving Your Payout
Once an event is verified, your payout is processed automatically. Two factors are determined by your subscription plan:
- Payout timing: The number of days after the event before funds are released to you.
- Commission fee: The percentage deducted from the booking amount before your payout is calculated.
To maximise your earnings and reduce your waiting time, consider upgrading your subscription plan.
