Verifying Your Attendance

When the event starts, both you and the client must verify attendance through the mobile app. The verification window opens at the event start time and closes at the event end time.

ⓘ Important If either party has not verified within the timeframe, the system will operate based on the Verification Policy. Make sure to complete verification promptly to avoid any delays or penalties.

What Happens if Neither Party Verifies

If neither the musician nor the client completes verification before the end of the event, the booking is escalated to a Moderator. The Moderator will review the available information and will make the final decision:

50% Penalty on Musician - If the musician gets paid
50% Penalty on Client - If the client is refunded

Receiving Your Payout

Once an event is verified, your payout is processed automatically. Two factors are determined by your subscription plan:

Payout timing: The number of days after the event before funds are released to you.
Commission fee: The percentage deducted from the booking amount before your payout is calculated.
