Review Policy

How Reviews Affect Your Level

  • Your review score used for level progression is updated immediately once a client submits a review for a verified booking.
  • This means your level criteria (average score, booking count) are always calculated in real time as reviews come in.

Review Visibility

  • Reviews are visible on your profile only after both parties have left a review. If only one party has reviewed, the review will become visible once the 14-day window has passed — at which point only the review from the party who submitted it will be shown.
  • For partially verified events, only the party whose attendance has been verified will be able to leave a review.

Levels are reviewed automatically based on your booking history, review scores, and total earnings. Keep delivering great performances to unlock higher rewards and visibility.
