Understanding Payouts

Modified on Tue, 31 Mar at 4:37 AM

Mucanto uses Stripe KYC (Know Your Customer) to create your payout account. You only need one payout account for all your gigs.

Your Payout Account

Once an event is verified, the withdrawal countdown begins based on your subscription plan’s withdrawal schedule.

The “Profile Verified” badge is added to your profile when you have an active payout method connected.

Inactive Account Warning If your account remains inactive or has no gigs within 1 month of connecting to Stripe, your payout account will be deleted and you will need to complete the setup process again. An inactive account means you have not logged in to the app for more than 1 month.
⚠ Payout Policy All payout cases are handled in accordance with our cancellation and verification policies. Please review them before raising a dispute or contacting support.

Transaction Fees

The current transaction fee is 3% of the total amount. This fee covers payout costs to your local bank account and any payment gateway expenses that may occur.

What to Do If a Payment Is Delayed

If the invoicing module shows the payout status as “Paid”, it means we have already processed the payment and it is on its way to your connected bank account.

The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, not on Mucanto. If you experience any delays, please contact your bank provider directly.

For any other payout-related questions, contact our support team directly from your dashboard.
