Basic Reporting Features for Musicians

Modified on Tue, 5 May at 10:23 AM

1. Overview

Mucanto provides reporting tools to help you track your performance, manage bookings, and understand your business growth. These features are available across all subscription plans, so every musician has access to the insights they need to develop their career on the platform.

The Analytics section is your central hub for all reporting. It brings together booking data, financial records, reward progress, and client feedback in one place, giving you a clear picture of how your profiles are performing.

2. Booking Analytics

For each gig profile, you can view a detailed breakdown of your booking activity. This section gives you a clear ratio of how your events have concluded, helping you identify patterns and take action where needed.

  • Verified events: The number of events successfully completed and verified by both parties.
  • Cancelled events: The number of events that were cancelled, along with the cancellation ratio relative to your total bookings.
ⓘ Note Booking analytics are tracked per gig profile. If you manage multiple profiles, each profile has its own independent analytics dashboard.

3. Subscription Billing

The billing section gives you a complete record of all subscription-related charges from the platform. Here you can:

  • View and download invoices issued by Mucanto for your subscription plan.
  • Track your billing history and renewal dates.
  • Monitor commission charges and any other platform fees applied to your account.

4. Reward Level

The Reward Level section shows your current standing in the Mucanto reward programme and your progress toward the next level. Levels are based on the number of completed bookings, your average review score, and your total earnings.

  • Current level: Your active reward tier (New Musician, Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated).
  • Progress indicators: How close you are to meeting the criteria for the next level.
  • Ranking status: Your current search ranking position and whether any penalties are active.

5. Feedback Metrics

The feedback section gives you a full picture of your reputation on the platform, broken down per gig profile. It includes both the reviews you have received from clients and the reviews you have left for clients.

  • Overall rating: Your average star rating across all completed events for this gig profile.
  • Star distribution: A breakdown of how many reviews fall into each star rating (5-star to 1-star).
  • Client reviews: Individual reviews left by clients for your performances.
  • Your reviews: Reviews you have submitted for clients after completed events.
  • Pending reviews: Events from the last 14 days where a review has not yet been submitted.
ⓘ Note Reviews directly impact your reward level and search ranking. Consistently high ratings are one of the key criteria for progressing to higher reward tiers.
