Subscriptions Upgrades-Downgrades Cases

Your subscription plan determines the range of features and services available to you on the platform. Understanding how plan changes affect your account helps you manage your bookings and earnings effectively.

1. General Plan Change Policy

When you change your subscription plan, existing bookings made before the plan change will retain their original terms — including payout days, commission fees, and any other conditions that were in effect at the time of booking. When downgrading, the new plan parameters will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, whereas when upgrading, the changes will take effect as soon as the upgrade is confirmed.

2. Downgrading Your Subscription

Timing

A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current subscription period, not immediately. You will continue to enjoy all the features of your existing plan until the billing cycle ends.

Gig Profiles Management

Once the downgrade becomes active, your gigs must comply with the limits of the new subscription tier. If you exceed the gig limit, the system will automatically pause your less active gig profiles.

3. Upgrading Your Subscription

Mid-Cycle Upgrades

If you upgrade from one paid plan to another before your current period expires, you benefit from prorated pricing. You are only charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan, calculated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.

Pricing Example

If you are on the Pro plan and upgrade halfway through your subscription period, you pay approximately half the price of the upgraded plan — since you are only using the enhanced features for the remaining half of the billing cycle.
